Rusty Trunk Pans
Rust Under Rear Seat
The rest of the Floor is Very Solid
Out With the Old
In With The New!

I try to use as much original metal as possible.
Here We took a whole right floor pan and cut out
only the patches that we needed.

This car had perfect rockers and a good floor
except for the area we patched.

It is interesting that rust appears in different
places of different cars.

You can tell by the pans removed that the rust
was isolated on the Floor.

We are going to cut and do the cutting on the
replacement piece first, then you can use the It
is a good Idea to measure the area that you new
piece as a guide.
Lay it on top of the area you are going to cut
out and use a scribe to mark off the floor, by
doing this you will keep the gap as close as
possible. This works the best for me.
